Graduated from Water Supply & Drainage of Civil Engineering Department of Hunan University in July 1982, then assigned to the Eighth Designing & Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry (renamed China Machinery International Engineering Design & Research Institute in 2001) in the same year, and engaged in water supply & drainage, environmental protection engineering consultation, design, and scientific research.     He has hosted over ten projects including consulting, design, and scientific research. Among there are two scientific research projects--Oily Waste Water Control Technology and Spray Paint Waste Water Treatment Technology obtained the third award of scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Machinery, the developed water treatment products Double-speed Sand Filter won second award of scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Machinery. The hosted projects including 100,000 tons waste water treatment and recycle project of Lianyuan Steel & Iron General Company won first prize of Hunan excellent design, the spray paint waste water treatment project of Changsha Bus Factory won the third prize of excellent design from the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and the researched water treatment with double-speed sand filter, high-efficient clarifier, oil-water separate and recycle device obtained the national patent.     His works, There are "bhs Serial New-type Sand Processors Research and Application in water treatment " and selected to put into "National Water Treatment Technology & Equip Seminar Collection", Oily Waste Water Treatment Practical New Technology is selected to put into Mechanical Industry Environmental Protection Scientific and Technical Results Selected Works", "Spray Paint Waste Water Disposal and Developing View" is selected to enter "Mechanical Industry Water Supply & Drainage Scientific and Technological Collection".     Since serving as a president, advance the reform system innovation, scientific and technical innovation, pursue management idea of first people, propose and build corporate culture spirit of "each according to his abilities, each according to his responsibilities, everyone performs his best, and enjoys his own share", lead enterprises to make better achievements in the fierce market competition.
